We welcome all reviews and feedback about our products and our service.
Customer reviews let the next person find out how a jump starter, a car vacuum or a roadside kit worked out for someone who already bought one, and they tell us where we are getting it wrong.
So we ask every customer for one, and we mean it whether the news is good or bad.

Please leave a public review. It takes a minute and it genuinely helps the next person decide.
If something was not right
Tell us before you tell the internet, and give us the chance to fix it. There is a short form that comes straight to the team.

Why you will not see star ratings on this site yet
We do not publish a rating, a review count or a customer quote anywhere on this site until we have verified reviews to publish. An invented testimonial or a rounded-up score would be worth nothing to you, so there is nothing there rather than something made up.
When there are real reviews, they will appear here and on the product pages, linked to the source so you can check them yourself.
