Where we deliver

We deliver across Australia. Delivery times are the same wherever you are: 5 to 7 days once your order has been handled.

What delivery costs

Delivery is free on orders of $100 or more. Below that, a flat $25 delivery charge applies. The charge is shown in your cart before you pay, so there is never a surprise at checkout.

You can also choose express delivery in the cart for $25. Express is a paid upgrade, so that charge applies to every express order, including orders that would otherwise qualify for free delivery.

How long it takes

Orders are handled and packed within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery then takes 5 to 7 days. Allow about a week from placing your order to it arriving. Jacks, compressors and carriers are heavy, and long or bulky items can take the upper end of that range.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has actually shipped, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not receive a tracking code before the parcel is collected, so there is nothing to send you sooner than that.

Separate parcels

For practical reasons, items in the same order may be sent in more than one parcel and may arrive on different days. If you have received part of an order and are unsure about the rest, email us and we will check it for you.
